Day - 01 -Arrival - Transfer – Kathmandu stay - Our representative will be there to receive the guest at TIA airport Kathmandu - At an height of 1400meters / 4600 feet lies the central region of Nepal - Kathmandu valley - receive the guest at TIA airport - transfer – hotel check in Kathmandu – free for individual activities – overnight stay at Kathmandu .

Day - 02 -Kathmandu local sightseeing (Full Day) - Kathmandu stay – Breakfast - after breakfast full day sightseeing of Kathmandu - PASHUPATINATH TEMPLE -05 kilometer east of Kathmandu city centre. Pashupatinath Temple is one of the most important holiest sites for Hindus all over the world - BOUDHA NATH STUPA – 05 kilometer east of central Kathmandu. The Stupa stands on a three – tiered platform raised over the crossed rectangles in order to bring Yantra form - SWAYAMBHU NATH STUPA – 04 kilometer west of central Kathmandu on a little hillock - KATHMANDU DURBAR SQUARE – heart of the Kathmandu city- local name of this area is Hanuman Dhoka – an ancient seat of the Nepalese Royalty. The Royal palace during medieval times used for Royal Activities, Center of Administration, Cultural Activities and festivals - back to hotel or drop to market ( back to hotel from market self) – overnight stay at Kathmandu.


Day - 03 - Transfer to Chitwan  – Chitwan Stay -  Our representative will welcome & meet at Indo - Nepal border Birgunj (Nepal side) - proceed to Chitwan about 168 km (5 hours) journey to reach Chitwan - hotel check in Chitwan - Lunch at hotel - after lunch visit Tharu (Local) village tour -  The village tour is famous for personal observation of the Tharu community & their culture - Museum -  The Museum is famous for study and observation of the Tharu community and their culture. The museum exhibits various equipments, utensils, dresses and daily items used by the Tharu people – overnight stay at Chitwan with cultural program & dinner.

 
Day – 04 – Activities at Chitwan – Chitwan stay – Breakfast – Canoe trip - Canoe ride along the Rapti River inside the Chitwan National Park gives a opportunity to take a close view of crocodiles and other wild animals at Chitwan National Park – Jungle Walk –Elephant Bathing -  one can play with the Elephants and dive in the river from the back of elephant while it is bathing – lunch at hotel – Elephant back ride safari - Elephant ride is also the safest way to enter the jungle while one can observe wild animals and birds from up-close – overnight stay at Chitwan with dinner
 
Day - 05 - Transfer Pokhara – Pokhara stay – Breakfast – hotel check out – transfer to Pokhara by surface - Nearly 158 kilometres 03 – 04 hours drive – by air 25 minutes flight from Kathmandu -Pokhara - At an height of 827 meters / 2717 feet lies the western region of Nepal – Pokhara valley - on the way of Pokhara Manakamana Temple Darshan by Cable Car, Cable Car tickets own - hotel check in Pokhara - overnight stay at Pokhara.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Day - 06 – Pokhara local sightseeing (Half day) – Pokhara stay – Breakfast – half day sightseeing at Pokhara - Davis Falls, Gupteshwor Mahadev temple cave, Bindyabashani Temple, Seti river gorge & Tal Varahi Temple – overnight stay at Pokhara.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Day - 07 – Sunrise Sarangkot – transfer – Kathmandu stay - Sarangkot - Early in the morning 4 – 4.30 AM departure from hotel - drive up Sarangkot hill & few minute walk to observe a stunning view of Sunrise over snow caped mount Fish Tail & mount Annapurna range (about 02 hrs) – Breakfast at hotel - hotel check out - back to Kathmandu – overnight stay at Kathmandu.

 

Day - 08 – Departure – Early morning Breakfast - Departure transfer to Kathmandu Airport (TIA) - Forwarding Journey

Entry Procedures

 

Visa: A valid passport and one passport size photo with a light background. Visa can be obtained only through payment of cash in the following currency :- Euro, Swiss Franc, Pound Sterling, US dollar, Australian dollar, Canadian dollar, Hong - Kong dollar, Singapore dollar & Japanese Yen.

Credit Card, Indian Currency, or Nepalese currency are not accepted for payment of Visa fee.

Gratis (Free) Visa

First visit in one Visa year ( January - December), gratis Visa for 30 days is available only for nationals of South Asian Countries (Bangladesh,  Bhutan, Maldives, Pakistan & Sri Lanka).

Indian Nationals do not require visa to inter into Nepal.

 

Nationals of the following countries will not get Visa on arrival - i.e. from the immigration entry points of Nepal: Nigeria,  Ghana,  Zimbabwe,  Swaziland,  Cameroon,  Somalia, Liberia,  Ethiopia,  Iraq, Palestine, Afghanistan

 

Indian Nationals:

 

As per the Nepalese Immigration, Indian Nationals travelling to Nepal must possess any one of the following documents 

  • Passport
  • Driving License with photo
  • Photo Identity card issued by a(Central / State) Government agency.
  • Ration Card with photo.
  • Voter card / Election commission card with photo.
  • Identity card issued by Embassy of India in Nepal(Kathmandu).
  • Identity card with photo issued by Sub - Divisional Magistrate or any other officials above his rank.
