Day - 01 - Arrival in Paro Airport (PBH) and Transfer to Thimphu - Welcome to Bhutan - Our guide will greet you at Paro airport and escort you to the capital city Thimphu - Passing by the Tamchog Lhakang Iron Bridge and after about 1.5 hours' driving, we will arrive in Thimphu - Thimphu valley is at an average elevation of 2300 meters - It was a wooded farming valley until 1951, when massive 17th century Fortress, Tashicho Dzong, was revamped by King Jigme Dorji Wangchuk to form Bhutan's official capital and replace the ancient capital of Punakha - Check in at the hotel - The rest of the day is free - Walking around the main streets and the market area is a good way to learn Bhutan people's daily life - Night Stay at Thimphu
Day - 02 - Thimpu Sightseeing - Early morning breakfast - Visit to the National Memorial Chorten built in honour of our late King Jigme Dorji Wangchuk and the Dupthop Lhakhang – One can visit the National Library, stocked with ancient Buddhist manuscripts, and the Painting School where traditional art is still kept alive through instructions in the art of painting Thangkas - After lunch visit Traditional Medicine Institute and to Lungtenzampa - Visit to the Tashichho Dzong, seat of the national government and the Central Monastic Body, including the summer residence of the Je Khenpo - The Tashichho Dzong is open to visitors only in winter when the Je Khenpo and the monks move to Punakha the ancient winter capital of Bhutan - Drive to Simtokha Dzong and visit the Handicrafts emporium followed by shopping for souvenirs - Over night stay in Thimphu

Day - 03 - Transfer to Punakha & Sightseeing - After Breakfast: Transfer To Punakha - It is Approximately 90 kilometres and is roughly 03 hours from Thimphu - Punakha is the administrative centre of Punakha dzongkhag, districts of Bhutan - Punakha was the capital of Bhutan - It Has a population of 25,700 - Wangdue Phodrang is a town and capital (Dzongkhag Thromde) of Wangdue Phodrang District in central Bhutan - It Has a Population Of 34,300 - Enroute Visit 1) Dochu la Pass, 2) Druk Wangyal Lhakhang 3) Punakha Dzong & 4) Wangdue Phodrang, 5) Khamsum Yulley Namgyel Chorten - Overnight Stay at Punakha
Day - 04 - Transfer from Punakha to Paro - It is approximately 125 kilometres and is nearly 04 hours drive by road - After a short drive from Punakha, we start a leisure walk through paddy fields and villages and arrive at a hillock where the Chimi Lakhang is situated. This Lakhang is dedicated to a popular saint Drukpa Kuenley, also known as divine Madman. After that, we continue driving to Paro via Dochula Pass. En route, you will visit the Simtokha Dzong - After hotel check-in, you can pay a visit to Ta Dzong, an ancient watch tower housing the National Museum and descend for a while to the Paro Dzong, also named Rinphung Dzong - Night stay at Paro
Day – 05 - Excursion to Chele La pass (3988 meters / 13084 feet) - Chele la (Pass) is situated at an elevation 3988 meters is considered to be one of the highest motor able passes in Bhutan – It is nearly 35 kilometres and about an hour later from Paro - About an hour's drive along a thickly - forested road is a botanical paradise - The pass provides stunning views of the sacred mountain Jomolhari and Jichu Drake - Made all the more mysterious and beautiful with its abundance of prayer flags - Guest can witness the cascades of wild roses; purple and yellow primulas; and swathes of deep blue iris covering the forest floor – Back to resort - Guest may spend the day by shopping or simply walking through the town or relax – Overnight stay in hotel / resort in Paro

Day - 05 - Excursion to Taksang Monastary (Dragon's Nest) - Early morning guest will have to hike up to the most famous pilgrimage site in Bhutan, Taktsang Goempa (Tiger's Nest) - The temple devoted to Padmasambhava "the Temple of the Guru with Eight Names" is an elegant structure built around the cave in 1692 by Gyalse Tenzin Rabgye - It has become the cultural icon of Bhutan - Visible from afar, this magical monastery clings to a vertical cliff 1,000 feet above the valley floor - Paro Taktsang also known as the Taktsang Palphug Monastery and the Tiger's Nest is a prominent Himalayan Buddhist sacred site and the temple complex is located in the cliffside of the upper Paro valley in Bhutan - It is one of the most important architecture in Bhutan. Later we move to the ruins of Drukgyel Dzong and have a brief visit to the Kyichu Lhakhang - Evening is free for you and you can walk around the main street and visit the vibrant market area in Paro

Day - 07 - Departure transfer to Paro Airport (PBH) - Paro Airport (PBH) is the sole international airport of the four airports in the Kingdom of Bhutan - It is 06 kilometres i.e. 3.7 miles from Paro in a deep valley on the bank of the river Paro Chhu - Paro is one of the most tranquil and beautiful valley in Bhutan - Paro is the name of district or Dzongkhag and as well as the name of its town center - Paro Dzongkhag is situated in the north-western part of Bhutan - It covers a total area of 1258 square kilometres With surrounding peaks as high as 5,500 meters / 18,000 feet it is considered one of the world's most challenging airports and only a select number of pilots are certified to land at the airport - Forwarding Journey
